UPPER HUDSON PLANNED PARENTHOOD
NURSE PRACTITONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT WANTED
We are looking for an energetic Clinician who is able to provide services in a fast-paced environment; w, as a float among our three health centers. The main need is for a licensed Clinician (PA or NP) to work in our Hudson Health Centers part-time, Monday thru Wednesday.
The Clinician is responsible for providing direct patient care in the context of a comprehensive reproductive health visit, in accordance with Planned Parenthood standards and guidelines.
They provide relevant health instruction to include family planning, nutrition, sexual counseling including HIV testing and counseling, and principles of health promotion and maintenance. All aspects of patient care must be presented factually and un-biased, including birth control options and abortion.

Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood (UHPP) is a community-based non-profit organization providing advocacy, education and reproductive health care services in the Capital Region. We operate three health centers and serve communities in Albany, Columbia, Greene, and Rensselaer Counties.
Required Qualifications:
Current NYS licensed, board certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Ability to work a flexible schedule, that includes part-time and/or per diem opportunities!
Our Center hours of operation include:
Monday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Thursday: 11:00am to 7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Desired Qualifications:
A specialty and/or experience in the OB/GYN field preferred
NextGen practice management experience a plus!
Experience serving diverse clients
Bilingual skills is also a plus!
