What You'll Do
- Support Project Management by assisting in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Coordinate Teams by working closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and on-site crews to keep everyone on the same page.
- Client Communication by being the go-to person for client updates, ensuring they’re always in the loop and happy with our progress.
- Document Management by helping maintain and organize all project documents, from contracts to daily logs, keeping everything neat and accessible.
- Problem-Solving by anticipating potential hiccups and brainstorming solutions to keep projects on track.
- Quality Control by ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
- Site Visits by getting out of the office and into the action with regular site visits, ensuring projects are progressing smoothly.
What You'll Bring
- Education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience of 1-3 years in construction or project management.
- Skills including strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a knack for multitasking.
- Tech Savvy with proficiency in project management software (CMIC, Procore, MS Project, or similar) and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Team Spirit with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
- Problem-Solving Ability with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues before they become problems.
