What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Upson Regional Medical Center?

This is a dual role. The Front Desk Associate will welcome and check in members and guests to the Center every other weekend. He/she will also answer incoming phone calls and transfer callers to the appropriate person and/or be familiar with Center programs and policies in order to answer questions from members, guests and prospective members. The Front Desk Associate will also record and enter sales in the point of sale machine.  KidZone attendant is responsible for children ages 1-12 years old Mon-Thursday evenings between 4-8p. every week.
