Job Title: Lawn Care Crew Member
Role Description:
As a Lawn Care Crew Member at our company, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality lawn care services to our clients. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to lawn maintenance, ensuring that our clients' properties are kept in pristine condition. Your duties will include mowing lawns, trimming edges, blowing debris, applying fertilizers and pesticides, and performing other landscape maintenance tasks as assigned. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions and may interact directly with clients, so professionalism and excellent customer service skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Mow lawns using push or riding mowers, ensuring even and clean cuts.
- Trim edges along sidewalks, flower beds, and around obstacles using string trimmers or edgers.
- Remove grass clippings, leaves, and other debris using blowers or rakes.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn care products according to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred, but not required.
- Ability to operate lawn mowing and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in outdoor environments, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate seasonal fluctuations and client demands.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required for certain positions.

We are growing company, so hours are will increase as the workload increases. This is season work, so while you will be retained throughout the year, hours are dependent on demand. Business is slower in the winter months.
