Urban Bathroom is a family owned and operated bathroom fixture showroom.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Position includes commissions per sale.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Understanding and provide product knowledge and demonstrations to customers
- Build quotes for customers
- Build and maintain a relationship with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in plumbing sales.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of plumbing products and brands
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Uncapped commission
