Warehouse/Delivery Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for warehouse operations while also handling delivery tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience in both warehouse environments and driving. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

Duties

• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling of all items.
• Operate box trucks and other vehicles for route driving, delivering products to designated locations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and managing inventory levels.
• Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks for moving heavy items within the warehouse.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse space.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.

Skills

• Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, including familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Valid driving license with experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles.
• Experience as a delivery driver with a strong understanding of route planning and navigation.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required by the job.
• Proficient in operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
