Washington Regional Urgent Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners to join our dynamic healthcare team in Centerton, AR.

We offer a range of healthcare services including treatments for injuries and illnesses, occupational health, and wellness care. Our centers are open seven days a week: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Additionally, all Washington Regional Urgent Care centers are Accredited Care Centers – a designation from the Urgent Care Association which recognizes our commitment to safety, quality, and scope of services.
Job Summary:
As a Nurse Practitioner at Washington Regional Urgent Care, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical care to patients of all ages with a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and educate patients while ensuring the highest standard of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and coworkers.
- Provide convenient, friendly patient care to all who come through our door seeking health-related services.
- Lead, direct, and assist during emergencies while maintaining a comforting and reassuring effect for patients.
- Perform medical assessment, treatment, management, and follow-up of clinic patients, including primary care, urgent care, occupational health, DOT physicals, and workers' compensation.
- Perform medical procedures, including laceration repairs, nail removal, pap tests, injections, splinting, and abscess incision and drainage.
- Establish and monitor a medically appropriate level of care for clinic patients.
- Maintain clinical core competency.
- Work with Center Leadership and other staff to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards.
- Participate in and assist with in-service and continuing education programs for physicians, nurses, and other personnel employed by or associated with Company.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Provider is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
- State License as an APRN.
- Certification as an APRN through the AANP or ANCC.
- DEA license, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- BLS certification.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
