Washington Regional Urgent Care is a dynamic healthcare team in Jasper, AR seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners to join our urgent care centers.
We are an affiliate of Urgent Team, one of the largest independent operators of urgent and family care centers in the Southeast. Our convenient, walk-in centers provide a range of healthcare services including treatments for injuries and illnesses, occupational health, and wellness care.
**Job Summary**
As a Nurse Practitioner at Washington Regional Urgent Care, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical care to patients of all ages with acute and chronic medical conditions. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, diagnosing, treating, and educating patients while ensuring the highest standard of care and service.
Our full-time Providers work a rotating 36-40 hour/week schedule, consisting of 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend. Our PRN team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and coworkers.
- Provide convenient, friendly patient care to all who come through our door seeking health-related services.
- Provide leadership, direction, and assistance during emergencies while maintaining a comforting and reassuring effect for patients.
**What's Required?**
- Experience as a Provider is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
- State License as an APRN.
- Certification as an APRN through the AANP or ANCC.
- DEA license, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- BLS certification.
