Requirements for Navy Physicians:
">- MD or DO Degree: Hold a degree from an accredited U.S. school of medicine or osteopathy
- Current License: Maintain a valid license to practice medicine in the United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico
- Board Certification Eligibility: Meet eligibility requirements for board certification
- Graduate Medical Education Internship: Complete at least one year of an approved internship
- Age Requirements: Be between 21 and 42 years of age (waivers granted on a case-by-case basis up to age 68)
