Be a Part-Time Navy Physician

Serve your country as a part-time physician and enjoy the benefits of being a member of the US Navy Medical Corps. This position does not require relocation, allowing you to maintain your civilian practice while serving part-time as a Reservist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to service members and their families in much the same way a civilian doctor would

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. school of medicine or osteopathy; foreign graduates may apply with a permanent certificate from the Educational Council of Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG)
• Current license to practice medicine in the United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico
• Eligibility for board certification
• Completion of at least one year of an approved graduate medical education internship
• Between 21 and 42 years of age (waivers are granted on a case-by-case basis up to age 68)
• U.S. citizenship

Salary : $161,105 - $261,105
