Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited US school of medicine
• Current license to practice medicine in the United States
• Eligibility for board certification
• Completion of an approved graduate medical education internship
• Between 21 and 42 years of age (waivers granted up to age 68)
• US citizenship
