Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited US school of medicine
- Current license to practice medicine in the United States
- Eligibility for board certification
- Completion of an approved graduate medical education internship
- Between 21 and 42 years of age (waivers granted up to age 68)
- US citizenship
