As a Navy Physician and Officer in the Medical Corps, you will lead the highly respected Navy healthcare team, providing medical care for Sailors, Marines, and their families. You will diagnose ailments, treat injuries, and save lives while working at the best military medical facilities on shore, at sea, or in the field.
Serving part-time as a Reservist, your duties will be carried out during scheduled drilling and training periods. You will have the flexibility to expand your medical experience without compromising your civilian practice.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. school of medicine or osteopathy
- Current license to practice medicine in the United States
- Eligibility for board certification
- Completion of at least one year of an approved graduate medical education internship
- Between 21 and 42 years of age (waivers granted on a case-by-case basis up to age 68)
- U.S. citizenship
