Mission
The Navy Reserve provides strategic depth and delivers operational capabilities to the Navy and Marine Corps team and Joint forces, in times of peace or war. As a Sailor in the Navy Reserve, you will seamlessly support and actively aid this mission.

Qualifications and Requirements
If you are currently in the Inactive Ready Reserve, or you have been off active duty for over six months, then you will need to work with a Navy Officer Recruiter to begin the process of affiliating with the RC.
Salary : $45,000 - $90,000
