What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Reviewer/Safety Reviewer III position at US Tech Solutions?
Location: Florham Park, NJ - Hybrid onsite (3 days per week).
Duration: 06 months contract
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Job Description:
In this role, you will support and manage projects, provide medical input on branded and unbranded content, and participate in various initiatives. You will represent medical affairs in the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process to ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaborative and project management skills, a strong understanding of MLR processes, and effective communication skills, competitive reviews, and publication analyses.
Responsibilities:
1. MLR Review: Represent medical affairs in the MLR process to ensure accuracy and compliance of commercial materials. Review promotional materials according to policies, guidelines, and customer needs.
2. Support Initiatives: Support projects such as MSL activities, medical education initiatives, digital communications, and conference preparations and reports.
3. Project Management: Lead assigned projects, ensuring timely and excellent results. Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to align and execute projects.
Experience:
1. Education: Advanced degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, PA, or NP). Psychiatry experience is valued.
2. 3 years ad/promo medical review experience; client Medical Review experience highly preferred (Veeva promo mat and med-com)
3. Experience: 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent, with a strong understanding of medical affairs.
4. Scientific Understanding: Familiarity with interpreting scientific evidence and knowledge of the patient treatment journey.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
8. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs
Skills:
- CNS, Psychiatry, Veeva promo mat and med-com, ad/promo medical review.
Education:
- Advanced degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, PA, or NP). Psychiatry experience is valued.
