Prysmian Group, a leading wire & cable manufacturer located in Marion, IN, has openings for Production Operators with starting pay of 85% of the position rate of pay. Upon successful completion of the probationary period and qualified to perform the job, the employee will be given full time employee position rate pay status. Full rate ranges are between $21.27/HR-$24.07/HR. Successful applicants must have the ability to work any shift. Applicants must be able to work weekends and hours/days beyond regular schedules. Operators are responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established procedures and standards while working from written and verbal instructions and work orders. In addition, participation in cross-training activities and working in a safe manner following all safety policies and procedures.
