The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Packaging Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leads the creation of packaging documentation and data management for assigned divisions.
• Collaborates with Packaging Engineers as well as plant and business partners.
• Interprets and analyzes data to support improvements and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy of data across systems.
• Applies quality management requirements to department operations.
• Prioritizes work to meet changing needs and interdepartmental goals.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Two (2) years of analyst or data experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree from an accredited institution
• Four (4) years of analyst or data experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Skills include Microsoft Office, verbal and written communication, problem solving, project management, working on a cross-functional team.
• Experience working in a packaging organization.

Work location:  

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to 3M Center Maplewood at least 1 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: None

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
