At the UVM Health Network, the Manager, Network 340B & Outpatient Pharmacy Business Operations is responsible for working collaboratively with pharmacy, supply chain and finance leadership to promote the growth, effectiveness and compliance of the 340B Drug Pricing Program across the network. As a member of the Outpatient Pharmacy leadership team, collaborates with the team to plan, organize and operate the department to achieve unit and organizational goals, meet customer needs and assure high quality services and products. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required; Master of Science in Pharmacy, Health Care Administration or Business preferred EXPERIENCE: Five years pharmacy operations experience in an academic health center environment with demonstrated expertise in pharmacy informatics and technology development. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and facilitate work teams to achieve specific results.
