This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Hours scheduled are 11:00 AM-7:30 PM 5 days per week and every other weekend on a 2 week schedule rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position is remote for individuals living in Wisconsin or Illinois after in-office training is complete .

As a Culinary Call Center Representative, you’ll play a strong role in Culinary Services by placing patient meal orders in the call center. Use your customer service skills and knowledge of clinical diets and allergens in this role.
We are seeking a Culinary Services Call Center Representative to:
- Provide a high level of customer service by taking patient’s meal requests over the phone.
- Assist patients in planning a healthy meal in compliance with their diet order and food allergies.
- Process electronic nutrition orders by transferring information from the patient’s medical record into our food service software.
Education :
Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred - Associates Degree in Hospitality
Work Experience :
Minimum - One (1) year of experience in an Administrative Support or related position
Preferred - One (1) year of experience in a call center and/or background in nutrition
Licenses and Certifications :
Preferred - ServSafe Certification
