Statewide Financial System (SFS)

Note: Work must be performed at least 50% on-site. Schedule to be approved by SFS management and is subject to changes per direction of SFS Executive Leadership. Remote work must be performed from the consultant's primary residence within the contiguous United States.

Description

Systems Architect for the State-wide Financial System in the AR/BI/Ebill section of the Business Solutions pillar.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced analysis within PeopleSoft application environment.
• Design software customizations and configurations in order to meet New York State requirements.
• Work with a team of designers and developers to implement complete, high quality, end to end solutions.
• Design and build system components to integrate seamlessly with the PeopleSoft financials environment.
  
  

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience designing configurations and customizations meeting user requirements in a PeopleSoft Financials environment.
• 72 months of experience performing the following specific business analysis activities including 2 or more of the following:
• Requirements elicitation
• business process design
• functional design
• technical development on PeopleSoft Financials platform
• senior level production support of a financial system.
• 60 months of experience in PeopleSoft Financials in one or more of the below subject areas in a public sector environment:
• Billing
• Accounts Receivable
• Deal Management/Investments
• Cash Management/Banking Integration
• Customer Contracts
• 48 months of experience designing and documenting technical solutions to meet business/system needs and requirements in a PeopleSoft Financials Environment using version 9.2.
