Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Oversee VIP check-ins and prepare welcome packages.
- Keep communication flowing between departments for seamless operations.
- Ensure front desk equipment and supplies are always ready.
- Enforce safety and security procedures while keeping guests comfortable.
- 3 years in hospitality or resort operations (timeshare experience a plus).
- Confident, positive leader who can handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Cloudbeds or Whistle a plus).
- Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts are part of the adventure.
