Part-Time Position (20-25 hours / week) - Perfect for Experienced Accounting Professionals Seeking Work-Life Balance
Schedule : 5 days / week, preferably 9 AM - 2 PM (hours negotiable) - Ideal for those seeking a consistent schedule with afternoons free
Position Summary : Join our established hospitality / association management team in Beaverton, where your accounting expertise will directly contribute to our company's financial success. This role offers the perfect blend of professional accounting work in a supportive environment, with the added benefit of part-time hours.
Essential Functions :
- Drive accounts receivable processes while managing relationships with clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly delinquency reports
- Lead collection efforts through professional communication and systematic follow-up
- Monitor aging reports and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
- Support audit processes by maintaining detailed documentation and records
- Oversee daily financial reporting and maintain precise documentation systems
- Maintain critical financial controls through general ledger reconciliations and reporting
Required Qualifications :
Minimum two years of relevant accounting or operations experienceExperience in customer service-oriented environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); SAGE experience a plusStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsExcellent communication abilities, both written and verbalAbility to work independently while contributing to team goalsProfessional demeanor with problem-solving mindsetWhy Choose This Position :
