Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting in QuickBooks, including AP/AR as well as prepare financial statements, budgets, variance analyses, and cash-flow forecasts while ensuring GAAP compliance.
- Maintain internal controls, support audits, and oversee treasury functions such as banking and credit card management.
- Manage project accounting activities, including tracking budgets and ensuring accurate cost allocation for each project.
- Present meaningful financial reports to company ownership to show actual vs budget of operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 years of experience with transactional accounting.
- Solid understanding of internal controls and multi-jurisdictional reporting is a plus.

- Desire to grow and continue to build out processes to allow for growth.

Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
