Fine Dining Dishwasher/Steward - Allie's Cabin - Full Time, Winter Seasonal - Beaver Creek, CO
The Allie's Cabin Culinary Team is looking for an experienced and engaged dishwasher/steward to assisst and support the team through a successful winter season. The Fine Dining Support Steward works closely with the culinary team to ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly clean and maintained; that the facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary manner; and that the required china and silverware is available to serve our clients.
The Fine Dining Support Steward is responsible for the safe operation of dishwashing equipment; adheres to safety and sanitation standards. In addition to dishwashing responsibilities; work daily with fellow employees to ensure effiecient team work. Keeps the kitchen clean and well organized, ensures all policies and procedures are followed; Provides proper training and guidance to junior staff. Will be required to follow all company safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment when working. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older - required
- Able to work Holidays and weekends - required
- Able to work up to 10 hour shifts in a hot kitchen environment - required
- Able to work from 12/03/14 to 04/21/15 full season commitment - required
- Able to lift 50 lbs - required
- Practice good personal hygiene - required
