Intermediate Maintenance Tech - The Seasons - Full Time, Year Round - Avon, CO

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for general maintenance and preventative maintenance for several properties. Duties include knowledge of preventative maintenance and general repairs (including but not limited to minor electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance), lifting, shoveling, and guest relations.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience in general maintenance - required
- Able to work and/or be on-call nights, weekends, and holidays - required
- Able to respond to guest and HOA service order requests in a timely manner - required
- Able to lift up to 50lbs - required
- Demonstrated attention to detail - preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - preferred
- HotSOS experience - preferred
