Starbucks Shift Supervisor - Full Time, Winter Seasonal - Beaver Creek, CO

The Starbucks Shift Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee day to day operations and training of staff
- Communicate professionally with guests and co-workers to resolve problems
- Greet and help guests at the register
- Cashiering, stocking, clean up, trash removal, and different projects as assigned by the manager
- Maintain an organized, friendly, and efficient register area
- Opening, counting and distributing of cash drawers
- Training and coaching employees
- Report to Starbucks and Vail Resort managers to ensure quality and consistency
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - required
- Fluent in English - required
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Prior cash handling experience - required
- Must be able to settle disputes with guest or staff with diplomacy and tact
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to lift and carry 35lbs
- Must be willing to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays - required
- End of season commitment - required
- In person interview - preferred
- Previous Supervisory experience – highly preferred
- Prior food & beverage experience in a Starbucks or coffee shop - highly preferred
Schedule: Fluctuating hours between 6:30am - 8:00pm including weekends and holidays
