Laborer:
Valenti-Held is looking for laborers for mass earthwork and utility crews. Looking to build a rewarding career with a company that will help train and develop you throughout your journey? Starting as a laborer and learning the industry with on the job experience and internal training will allow you to move up within the company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Assist Project Supervisor as needed
· Maintain and layout grade stakes utilizing GPS equipment or laser
· Help coordinate tasks on site
Qualifications:
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation to job site
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
- Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
- Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening/physical
