Dozer Operator
The Dozer Operator's primary duties include mass/finish grading, maintain site drainage, control lifts and coordinate material placement for residential and commercial development. Operators are also expected to assist in other duties around the job site as needed. Valenti-Held strives to utilize the latest equipment and GPS machine control technology, an understanding of machine control is desired but not required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Grading Mass and finish earthwork
- Understanding of reading blueprints
- Conduct safety and maintenance walkarounds
- Understanding of GPS machine control
- 3-5 Years Operating Experience Preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
- Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
- Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening/physical
