Valhalla Resort and Hotel is located in beautiful Helen, Georgia. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated night auditor. We have 25 rooms, 8 Bungalows, 3 Townhomes and 1 Villa and are surrounded by the North Georgia Mountains. RESPONSINILITIES:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Maintain a clean lobby including the floor - Complete any laundry that is left over from the day shift - Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in guest relations or front desk role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hotel management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (preferred but not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.
