Transmotion, LLC is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for their De Pere, WI location. This Customer Service Rep will work with sales management, customers, and internal members to provide outstanding sales support. This position will be responsible for contacting potential customers, coordinating with sales to provide suitable solution documentation to customers, sales orders and customer quotes. This position will work with our customers and production team to input and organize all daily sales orders as well as support many additional internal office and business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to incoming phone calls from customers and vendors
- Understand customer relationships in order to recognize and take advantage of opportunities to grow the business, while improving the overall internal processes
- Conscientiously update and organize customer files and contracts
- Support of sales requests to ensure we meet and exceed customer’s expectations
- Follow-up of all orders to ensure they are processing on-time
- Maintain customer accounts and efficiently process customer and vendor returns and credits
- Support continuous improvement and quality objectives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience preferred.
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Good understanding of order processing and business/office documentation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing facilities is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize work and work accurately under pressure of deadlines with frequent interruptions.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritize work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Effectively communicate to top management, vendors, customers and other employees of the organization.
