As a Customer Transport Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all incoming customer transport requests for the auto group.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Van Horn stores and customers needing transport
- Utilize an effective, efficient, and accurate system for monitoring all incoming and outgoing dealership requests that require customer transport
- Work closely with the store representatives to ensure vehicles are delivered safely to customers
- Establish reliable lines of contact with the management team as well as at the store level with sales & service
- Resolve issues promptly using problem solving skills
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for continuous improvement of transportation quality
Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Good decision-making skills
- Abilit to work with minimal supervision
