Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy treatments as directed by a supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in performing exercises and functional mobility tasks
- Observe and report patient progress to the PT
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and therapy techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Travel to patients’ homes within your assigned area
Requirements:
- Active Texas PTA license
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Prior home health experience is a plus
