As a critical contributor to VaxCare’s mission of optimizing care and driving excellence, the Learning, Development, and Quality Audit Specialist plays a pivotal role in the growth and success of our teams across the Customer Care and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) groups. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously refining training programs that empower high-performance teams while ensuring quality standards that align with VaxCare’s Core Values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Onboarding (New Hires):
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, from preparing training materials and scheduling to delivering engaging, results-oriented sessions.
- Conduct real-time assessments to gauge comprehension and retention, ensuring seamless transition into daily operations.
- Provide constructive feedback, track progress, and close knowledge gaps to set every new team member up for long-term success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously refine the training process based on data-driven insights.
- Ongoing Development (Current Team Members):
- Design and implement scalable training initiatives to keep all teams aligned with evolving processes, policy updates, and industry best practices.
- Develop specialized training programs that reinforce deep knowledge and role-specific expertise for key teams.
- Leverage multiple tools (Kahoot quizzes, email polls, etc.) to conduct engaging assessments and ensure continuous learning.
- Quality Audits& Improvement:
- Conduct thorough quality audits across teams to identify improvement opportunities, track performance, and highlight areas for recognition.
- Translate audit results into actionable strategies, driving productivity and efficiency while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Support leadership in implementing audit-driven improvements that elevate team output and partner satisfaction.
- Collaborative Leadership:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all aspects of Customer Care and Revenue Cycle Management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Onboarding, Inventory, etc.) to ensure cohesive workflows that deliver exceptional partner experiences.
- Actively support team leads by sharing best practices and offering innovative solutions to overcome operational challenges.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You are a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in learning, development, and quality auditing in fast-paced environments. You thrive on seeing teams grow and succeed under your guidance, while also ensuring that operational efficiency and performance standards are met or exceeded.
- Experience: 3 years in a learning and development role, with a focus on training program creation, facilitation, and quality assurance in customer service or revenue cycle management environments.
- Skills: Strong communication, assessment, and analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive continuous improvement. Must be able to effectively train complex topics to a diverse audience and adapt to various learning styles.
- Leadership: You are collaborative, solution-oriented, and possess a natural ability to motivate and inspire teams to reach their full potential.
