VaxCare’s RCM Team is focused on maximizing partner payments by collecting information, knowledge and money. We research claims, analyze denials, and solve problems while adding value to VaxCare’s bottom line. As a result, we play an important part in the company’s rapid growth!
We are looking for a high energy individual with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
- Heavy outbound call flow to our patients
- Listening to their concerns with a collection’s mindset
- Follow authentication protocols
- Collect on past due balances and process payments
- Obtain new information to progress the claim
- Clear and concise documentation after every patient interaction
- Set the correct actions to ensure the claim will move forward
- Quality review of the work performed

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Collections or Third-Party Collections or Claims experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Call center experience
- Prior experience working with payers and health insurance claims preferred.
