We’re looking for a seasoned professional to take charge of delivery operations for a strategic client within the insurance domain. This individual will bring hands-on experience in managing multi-stream technology programs, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid grounding in insurance operations—particularly in commercial or specialized lines. This role demands close interaction with executive stakeholders and seamless coordination across globally distributed teams.
Candidate Profile
Essential Experience
- 15 years of experience in IT project delivery, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior delivery management role.
- Demonstrated success delivering technology programs in the insurance sector (Commercial or Specialty business exposure preferred).
- Experience leading multi-million-dollar engagements involving onshore-offshore teams.
- Comfort engaging with client executives, managing scope, and aligning delivery to client goals.
- Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies and modern delivery practices.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to platforms in policy, billing, or claims processing.
- Experience leading digital transformation efforts or data initiatives.
- Relevant professional certifications (PMP, SAFe, etc.).
