- Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions; attend/chair hearings and mediations
- Engage directly with clients and participate in settlement negotiations
- Assist in trial preparation and may attend trial proceedings
- Use litigation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related legal tech platforms
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team and deliver top-tier legal service
- 3 years of civil or commercial litigation experience
- Experience with insurance defense is helpful but not required
- Florida Bar membership in good standing is required
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
