Maintenance Worker

Job Description:

• Performs routine work in all phases of grounds maintenance.
• May operate a variety of equipment.
• Assists higher level trades technicians or higher-level craft personnel who are performing a combination of trades assignments

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of methods and general procedures of applicable trade or grounds maintenance techniques.
• Working skill in the use of equipment and tools.
• Valid Driver's License may be required.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Experience Required:

• Some mechanical experience and facility maintenance experience.

Education Required:

• Highschool diploma
