Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Executive at Velocity Mortgage Capital. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for attracting new clients and building relationships with mortgage brokers. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting and generating leads, attending industry events and conferences, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating loan terms.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably in the mortgage or financial industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers
- Knowledge of residential and small commercial property loans
- Ability to understand and analyze loan scenarios
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
