Overview:
The Senior Director of IT Operations will lead our IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations, driving technology innovation and supporting business objectives. This role is responsible for aligning IT capabilities with company goals, leading a high-performing team, and overseeing systems modernization, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IT strategy in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Oversee infrastructure, systems, and network operations to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, promoting professional development and high performance.
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (cloud, SaaS, data analytics, AI/ML, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for end-user needs and system improvements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across IT operations.
Qualifications:
