Venteon Finance is currently seeking a PLANT CONTROLLER for a long-time global manufacturing client in Gadsden, AL.
REQUIREMENTS for the Plant Controller
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3 years of Plant level Controller experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- ERP Systems experience, preferably PLEX
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Plant Controller
- Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly reports for the site
- Analyze variances and communicate explanations to management with recommended actions
- Prepare financial budgets and forecasts
- Develop, create, and strengthen internal controls
- Identify areas for cost cutting and improvement
- Drive initiates to improve operation performance
- Continuous training and staff development
- Collaborate with Plant Manager, and management to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations, and lead the development of complex analysis
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
