Venture General Contracting is hiring for a TI Superintendent to join the team!
Compensation range for this position is $120,000 – 155,000

Key elements of your day-to-day:
- Lead, direct, and coordinate the work of subcontractors and Venture trade labor
- Maintain onsite responsibility for safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed, budget
- Evaluate project-related processes and use customer improve to make improvements and meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations
What you need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred and 10 years of construction experience, specifically tenant improvement projects
Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Project and Procore software
Ability to create, manage, and/or revise schedules and related assignments based on key priorities of assigned projects, considering the importance between work and life activities for self and others
