Verdigris Restaurant And Oxford Oaks Distillery in Oxford, NC is looking for one food runner/ expo to join our strong team. We are located on 127 College St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities
Expediter
- Serve as the communication bridge between front and back of house.
- Review all outgoing plates to ensure accuracy, presentation, and quality.
- Organize ticket flow and prioritize orders during service.
- Ensure special requests, dietary restrictions, and modifications are communicated clearly.
- Maintain composure during high-volume service and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
Food Runner
- Deliver dishes to the correct tables promptly, accurately, and gracefully.
- Clearly describe food components and answer basic guest questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo and server station areas.
- Assist with dessert service.
- Support servers and other team members in creating a smooth guest experience.
Qualifications
- Able to move in a fast paced environment
- Prior Experience in a restaurant is preferred
- Reliable Transportation
