What You'll Do :
As the Maintenance Supervisor , you'll take charge of maintaining our properties' physical integrity while guiding the Maintenance Team. Here's a glimpse of your day-to-day :
- Maintenance & Repairs : Diagnose and resolve issues related to carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.
- Team Leadership : Lead daily team meetings, provide guidance to team members, and ensure the team delivers high-quality results.
- Property Inspections : Conduct regular checks to uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Vendor Coordination : Work with outside contractors, negotiate terms, approve invoices, and ensure timely follow-up on work progress.
- Customer Service : Interact professionally with residents, addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
- Resource Management : Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Emergency Response : Join an on-call rotation.
