Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requests in line with procurement policies and guidelines.
- Prepare and post bid documents for goods and services on public bidding platforms.
- Manage documentation for vendor selection and contract award approvals.
- Keep stakeholders — including executives and clients — informed of project status and progress.
- Maintain accurate, accessible, and audit-ready project documentation.
- Provide vacation/absence coverage for the MBTA Mailroom as needed.
- Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned.
