What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aircraft Interior Technician position at Veterans Alliance?
Shift:
Sun-Thurs OR Tues-Sat - 5/8 schedule.
1st shift 7:30am – 4pm
2nd shift 3:30pm – 12am
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform Interior repair using fiberglass, bondo, two-part bonding, tedlar, interior composites, in a shop environment
- Repair or replace Galleys, Seats, Carpet, Lavatories, Overhead Bins, Windows, Trim, Moon Mats, Accessories
- Perform lay-ups
- Fabricate parts as required and repair parts as needed using hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Test the performance and quality of installed items
- Keep records and ensure documentation is signed
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education:
- High School/ GED
- A&P and / or structures experience a plus, or repairman’s certificate may substitute for A&P
Qualifications
- Three (3) or more years aircraft Interiors experience required
- Personal tools required
- US Drivers license
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Experience:
- Aircraft maintenance: 3 years (Required)
