Reports To : Program Manager

Location : Philadelphia, PA

Status : Full-Time, Non-Exempt (hourly)

Summary :

The Senior Case Manager provides leadership in the administration, compliance, training, and event planning to ensure timely and effective program operations. This role demands a strong commitment to veteran services and experience in social services program management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Oversee client intake and discharge processes.
  • Participate in case conferencing for casework direction.
  • Maintain and report on program data in compliance with regulations.
  • Attend internal and external meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Manager.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to ensure comprehensive services.
  • Organize program efforts to meet VA requirements.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in social services, non-profit management, or related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in non-profit or social services program delivery.
  • Experience with grant-funded programs and diverse populations.
  • Strong computer skills, including databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
