Summary :
The Senior Case Manager provides leadership in the administration, compliance, training, and event planning to ensure timely and effective program operations. This role demands a strong commitment to veteran services and experience in social services program management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee client intake and discharge processes.
- Participate in case conferencing for casework direction.
- Maintain and report on program data in compliance with regulations.
- Attend internal and external meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the Program Manager.
- Collaborate with community organizations to ensure comprehensive services.
- Organize program efforts to meet VA requirements.
