Position Overview
- The Project Manager will drive end-to-end execution of technical initiatives within the Digital Experience Organization (ML/AI, LLM, Connecting Agents).
- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong program management experience, technical expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Analytics, Design) to deliver complex programs.
- you will ensure planning, execution, risk management, dependency alignment, and stakeholder communication while fostering relationships across teams and organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring transparency in program status, assignments, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with SMEs to simplify complex technical concepts and drive data-driven decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
- Define program outcomes, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
- Align cross-organization initiatives through outcome planning, dependency management, and impediment removal.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks, resolving conflicts and issues with cross-functional teams.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, lead escalations, balance business needs with technical constraints, and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Support quarterly and fiscal-year roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Manage daily project activities, meetings, and communication plans to meet milestones and objectives.
- Organize and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
- Engage engineering leadership to build and track clear delivery plans.
- Communicate program progress to stakeholders, from individual contributors to senior executives.
- Schedule cross-team collaboration points, driving decisions with technical teams and partners (e.g., Finance, Legal, Marketing) across global time zones.
- Create visibility for multiple projects across sprints and quarters.
- Facilitate roadmap prioritization across projects impacting partner teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6-9 years as an IT Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Manager.
- Extensive experience with complex, multi-team software engineering initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong technical background, detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Passion for process and operational excellence.
- Proficient in leveraging technical tools to scale programs and solutions.
- Experience with Confluence, Asana, Jira, Mural, or Lucidchart (preferred).
- Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
