Your focus will be to provide a leading service to our clients and outstanding care for their pets – you will be the intimate link between the pet owner and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the team is critical to your success.
There are three aspects to the role. One is to welcome the incoming clientele, answer questions, register new clients and serve our existing clients with all their needs - this is a client facing role and requires a smart appearance, a smile and a helpful manner. The second aspect is a communication position which deals with incoming client contact via various digital platforms. It will require appropriate telephony skills and proactive communication with the clinical team. The last aspect is a more hands on part of the job which involves taking the visiting client and pet, through their clinical journey inside the consult room. It involves all aspects of the client care role to be carried out to a bespoke standard in a more intimate setting and supporting the vet and their needs as well. This role requires the candidate to be on their feet throughout the day, it is client facing and the most interactive with the clinical team. All training will be provided.
