Via is now offering an increased pay rate of $17-$18/hour determined by education level. Additionally, earn up to $1.25 more per hour by completing the Career Ladder Program in the first nine months of employment
As a Community Coach you will:
- Assist individuals with disabilities in attaining their social and work-related goals.
- Work independently in the community.
- Visit museums, attend local events, and help participants volunteer.
- Use your creativity to plan activities for the individuals you support.
- Collaborate with fellow team members.
Success comes in this role from having a genuine interest or passion for working with individuals with disabilities. High School diploma or equivalent is required. As a Community Coach you will provide transportation to community job sites. Must have a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle and appropriate vehicle insurance.
