Via is hiring a Creative Expressions Instructor to assist participants in maintaining their independence and self-advocacy skills, while participating in DESIRABLE and FUN activities! Instructors assist participants daily to reach their goals by engaging in both facility and community-based programs. To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine passion and independent drive to assist those with disabilities in obtaining their goals.
The Creative Expressions Instructor position starts at $17/hour for a High School Diploma or equivalent, $17.50/hour for an Associate’s Degree and $18/hour for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Position Requirements:
- Provide transportation to community sites.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle and appropriate vehicle insurance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and transfer participants is required.
