What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at VICI Beauty School & VICI Capilli Salon?
We are seeking fun and outgoing professionals that have a passion for the beauty industry. If you are interested in joining a successful organization as a full or part time Guest Services Representative, we have immediate openings at VICI Beauty School or VICI Capilli Salon.
Hours available for shifts include day times, evenings and Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Educate guests on products
- Ensure guests have a smooth transition from beginning of appointment until they check out
- Help manage appointment books and scheduling
Requirements:
- Outgoing and loves working with people
- Able to work evenings and/or Saturdays
- Able to stand for long periods of time to perform extensive keyboard tasks
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior salon experience preferred
